Resolve recruitment discrepancy
Siteline receives research activity confirmations from the NIHR’s Central Portfolio Management System (CPMS). Site user may get Confirmed - not accurate messages if there is any discrepancy. They are able to open the confirmation, review the message and correct the participant data for that project. Any changed data will be sent to CPMS overnight whereupon the CPMS confirmation status will change to Requires reconfirmation.
