Fail screening

Basic recruitment workflow is the most common recruitment workflow used by majority of research teams. This workflow collects the minimum dataset for NIHR CRN projects (five data points on each research participant). They are:

1. Consented (date of consent)
2. Enrolled (date of enrolment)
3. Screen failure (date of screen failure)
4. Withdrawn (date of withdrawal)
5. Completed (date when participant completes the study).

If a participant failed screening, then the event can be reported via Siteline by selecting the participant and clicking on 'Fail screening' button from 'Actions' tab for that participant.
