Enrol participant

Basic recruitment workflow is the most common recruitment workflow used by majority of research teams. This workflow collects the minimum dataset for NIHR CRN projects (five data points on each research participant). They are:

1. Consented (date of consent)
2. Enrolled (date of enrolment)
3. Screen failure (date of screen failure)
4. Withdrawn (date of withdrawal)
5. Completed (date when participant completes the study).

Site users can enrol participants to study. Enrolling participant is the crucial step in project recruitment. The captured data is transferred to CPMS every night.
