The number displayed on 'confirm recruitment' tab on the top banner is the number of recruitments that are deemed to be not accurate by research activity coordinator/sponsor representative on CPMS. Site administrators can see the relevant projects listed with details on research location, confirmed accurate, confirmed-not accurate, and requires reconfirmation by clicking on this tab. Siteline categorises all research activities based on the RAG reporting. Research activity 'Confirmed not-accurate' from all the projects hosted by the department are grouped into Red column, 'Requires reconfirmation' into Amber column, and 'Confirmed-accurate' into Green column.
Clicking on the number 'Confirmed not-accurate' for a project displays a window showing the activities queried on CPMS with any messages provided. Site administrator can click on 'go to project' from this window to access the queried activity.
