Both site administrators and site users will be able to see 'flags' pertaining recruitment activity from the 'Research Activity' tab for individual projects.
The coloured fields can be clicked on to view details (if provided by the research activity coordinator).
For instance, clicking on the 'Red flag' for screen failure displayed the window (shown below) with a reason provided by the research activity coordinator for this study. A suitable action can be taken to resolve this conflict by liaising with the research activity coordinator or the nominated individual who confirms the research activity on Central Portfolio Management System (CPMS).
Important note: The actions taken to resolve the recruitment conflict (e.g., editing the date of consent for a participant) on Siteline, will reach CPMS the following day. Following query resolution, when the entry is marked as 'Confirmed-Accurate' on CPMS, it will be another day before the red flag is removed and the entry is marked as green on Siteline.
