Associations

New users will be associated to the same department as the Siteline administrator, provided there is only one affiliation. If the Siteline administrator is affiliated to more than one department, then Siteline will prompt with a dropdown list to choose. Administrator can select the correct department for the new user. This selection will allow the user to see all Siteline projects linked to that department. If the user needs to be affiliated to more than one department, this can be done by navigating to Associations tab (for that user) and clicking on 'Add an association with a department' button

From this page, the administrator can also associate the new user to the sub-department if the team has one. Associating user to the sub-department however, will restrict them to view projects only from that sub-department.
