Changing department for a recruiting study

Site administrators can change the incorrect departmental affiliation to a study by editing the study configuration

Steps to follow:

1: Add the correct department to the study

2: Make it as recruiting department. This action is possible only if you are affiliated to the other department. If you are not affiliated to the other department, please contact support@siteline.uk.com

3: Mark the incorrect department as non-recruiting

4: Export the recruitment spreadsheet

5: Replace the incorrect department name on spreadsheet with the correct department name (Find and Replace)

6: Ensure the 'Recruitment input method' is set to Spreadsheet method on Siteline for the study

7: Import back the recruitment data on to Siteline
