Recruitment activity not reaching CPMS

Q: Why is my recruitment activity not being sent to CPMS?

A. Please check the following by navigating to the 'Details' tab from your study's home page.

  • Is the recruitment activity upload method set to LPMS? If 'No' – Please contact LCRN for more advice
  • Does your recruitment activity occur BEFORE the LPMS start date? If 'Yes' – Please contact LCRN for more advice
  • Does your recruitment activity occur BEFORE the CPMS Qualification date? If 'Yes' – Please contact LCRN for more advice
  • Is your project in the correct CPMS status to expect recruitment activity? CPMS will only accept research activities once the project status is set to 'Open to Recruitment'. Please contact LCRN if the CPMS project status is different.
  • Is your project confirmed as closed in CPMS? CPMS will reject any recruitment activity if the project is confirmed as closed.
