Siteline is a participant recruitment and study management web application used by study teams and clinical research facilities. It forms part of the Studyline suite of clinical research project and portfolio management software. Studyline maintains an approved project record with its ongoing amendments and Siteline adds participant recruitment to that same record.
Siteline manages the recruitment of participants into research projects using optional pre-screening activities and then guides them through their subsequent study visits. Siteline schedules planned visits according to the study protocol and has a department-wide calendar that allows users to book participants against the necessary resources (people, rooms, equipment etc). It has dashboard views and two levels of user access: local department administrator and Siteline user.
Siteline reports aggregate recruitment activity to Studyline and also to the NIHR’s Central Portfolio Management System (CPMS) when it is deployed as a Clinical Research Network’s Local Portfolio Management System (LPMS).
